PHAP's Advanced Professional Training program in July 2019 in Beirut will include the Core Professional Training on Humanitarian Law and Policy (8-10 July) and the Thematic Workshop on Human Rights in Armed Conflict (11-12 July). We encourage participants to register for both, as the Workshop is designed to build on the Core Training.
